In Northeast Ohio, the month of April offered up a slew of tech-based events – NEO Expo sponsored by JumpStart, NEOSA’s Tech Week, NOTACON, TEDxCLE and Tech Pint.

It was a rich experience talking with the new entrepreneurial and tech leaders in Cleveland and the region. And it got me thinking of some of the more promising or interesting Northeast Ohio-based tech start-ups. The notion that the Greater Cleveland area is not a great place to create a start-up tech company needs to be dismissed.
