Visit Helper app designed to get patients more engaged in their health care

The Health Collaborative of Greater Columbus is getting into the app business.
The nonprofit, formerly Access HealthColumbus, has started a for-profit spinoff in a joint venture with growing Columbus mobile-health app developer Duet Health LLC. The first product from their AHC Enterprises LLC is Visit Helper, which launched in beta on Wednesday. The app for computers or mobile devices helps patients better plan for doctor appointments, ask questions during the visit and follow up on orders afterward.
