Four years ago, I predicted that TOA Technologies was going to be one of the most successful high-tech startup companies in Northeast Ohio. (Go ahead, look it up: http://bit.ly/1ojgJwp) And now Oracle Corp. plans to buy the Beachwood software company for what is probably a huge amount of money.
In other words, my opinion matters. And since members of the local tech scene tell me more acquisitions are on the way over the next few years, I’m going to predict which other local companies will be sold for big bucks. You’ll notice a theme: Health care and health information technology.
