Cincinnati’s incubator devoted to helping women-owned startups and small businesses is opening up shop across the river in Covington.

The Covington City Commission on Tuesday night unanimously approved a deal that will allow Bad Girl Ventures to open up offices in a building adjacent to Northern Kentucky’s informatics startup accelerator, UpTech.
