Capture Education triples New Albany space, plans to add jobs with state loan

Capture Educational Services Inc. can start hiring for an expansion plan with approval Monday of a $700,000 state loan from the Innovation Ohio Loan Fund.

At least two hires in customer service and marketing are expected this summer as part of a pledge to create 18 jobs over three years under the loan agreement, CEO Mike Neubig. The software startup has nine employees today.
