Paints that are bright and glow in the dark are not a new idea. But paints that conduct electricity and give off a bright glow without a need for exposure to exterior light are new.
In essence, with the development of the LumiLor water-based paint, Darkside Scientific of Medina created a paint that generates light from within and allows it to be turned on and off like a light bulb. It does so by conducting electricity.
