Emerson’s $35M Dayton facility lands Ohio incentives

Emerson Climate Technologies has landed state funding toward its new $35 million facility on the University of Dayton’s campus.

The Emerson Climate Technologies Innovation Center has been approved for Ohio Third Frontier incentives. The project represents a $35 million investment from the company, including $20 million in capital investment on the building. It’s expected to create 30 to 50 new jobs. The amount of the incentive hasn’t yet been released.
