Manufacturers make a play for consideration and collaboration – October is Manufacturing Month

With employees in Northeast Ohio who make everything from food products to cars, furniture and medical machines, it’s no surprise that several events in the area are scheduled to mark the nation’s third-annual manufacturing day on Friday.

Manufacturers plan to tout the field – all in efforts to dispel myths and attract new recruits.

More than 1,000 events throughout the country are scheduled for Oct 3 – kicking off manufacturing month.
