Youngstown Business Incubator gets $3 million federal grant

The Youngstown Business Incubator should be able to add a fifth building to its campus, with the help of a $3 million federal grant.

By winning the grant, the incubator has cleared “the last big hurdle” in its effort to buy the building that used to house the office of The (Youngstown) Vindicator, according to Barb Ewing, the incubator’s chief operating officer.
