Ohio Advancing Medical Imaging

It has been five years in the making, and now the Cardinal Health Translational Research Center for Molecular Imaging Pharmaceuticals is opening its doors at The Wright Center of Innovation in Biomedical Imaging, located on The Ohio State University campus in Columbus.
It’s a big project with big implications for Ohio’s imaging industry and the advancement of personalized medicine. The $13 million molecular imaging pharmaceuticals center will focus on pharmaceuticals injected into the body to diagnose and treat diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular and neurological diseases.
The Ohio Third Frontier supported this state-of-the-art facility through the Innovation Platform Program and Ohio Research Scholars Program.
