Cleveland startup Scout RFP raises $2.75 million in seed financing

Scout RFP of Cleveland, Ohio, a startup that describes itself as a “cloud-based sourcing platform,” said it has raised $2.75 million in seed financing led by venture capital firm New Enterprise Associates Inc.

Also partipating in the funding round are Google Ventures and Zapis Capital, and angel investors including Techammer and Tim O’Shaughnessy, Scout RFP said in a news release. Specific financial terms of the investments were not disclosed.
