Subleasing company takes top spot at Startup Weekend

Linking tenants to those who may want to sublease their space was the idea which took the top prize at the Ohio University Innovation Center Startup Weekend on Sunday evening.

According to OU’s website, the 54-hour program brings together designers, developers, entrepreneurs, engineers and business experts to pitch an idea and turn it into a viable startup company. Participants create working startups during the event, collaborate with like-minded individuals and receive expert coaching outside of their daily networks.
