A Cincinnati, Ohio startup company has won one of two $1 million-plus loans that Ohio’s Third Frontier program handed out last week.
BlackbookHR, an Over-the-Rhine company that makes software to help companies gather employee insights, hauled in a $1.2 million loan through Ohio’s Third Frontier program last week. It joined a Toledo health care company as one of two companies around the state to win loans in this round of funding.
