First look inside the Branderyhaus startup apartments: PHOTOS
The Brandery and Urban Sites announced a partnership in April to provide housing for startups going through the Over-the-Rhine accelerator, and tenants are now starting to move in.
The Branderyhaus apartments provide 14 two-bedroom units across two buildings at 1123 and 1125 Walnut St. Brandery general manager Tony Alexander said he expects them to be full by the apartments’ grand opening on July 9. The Brandery has finalized a roster of 10 startups for its class of 2015 but has not yet made that list public.
“As Over-the-Rhine has become a lot more popular place to live, it’s hard for the founders … to find a place in OTR,” Alexander told me.
