Cincinnati startup hub opens for business

The hub for Cincinnati, Ohio’s entrepreneurial ecosystem – a one-stop-shop for anyone with an idea to find what they need to start their business – opened in Over-the-Rhine on Aug. 24.
Union Hall at 1311 Vine St. in OTR houses the Brandery, a top 10 nationally ranked startup accelerator; CincyTech, a state- and corporate-backed source of seed and early stage capital, and Cintrifuse, an organization designed to be the connective tissue between startups and the resources they need to grow.
“We in #StartupCincy are building an economy based on tech innovation,” Cintrifuse CEO Wendy Lea said during the ribbon cutting event. “This is a physical representation of a strategy.”
