Technology, design and marketing firms are combining into a powerful employment sector downtown, together projecting more than 1,800 new jobs.

That’s like moving the entire Central Ohio work force of Time Warner Cable inside Interstate 670. The tally includes companies granted job-creation incentives for downtown moves, plus those moving into 250 S. High St.
