Founder Story: Cleveland Whiskey

Cleveland Whiskey is developing technology to change the way whiskey is made. Instead of using barrels and waiting six to twelve years to age, the company dramatically accelerates the process using pressurized stainless steel tanks to cut aging down to weeks. Cleveland Whiskey received a $100,000 award from the Innovation Fund in 2011 and is housed in The Incubator at MAGNET in Cleveland, Ohio. Both MAGNET and in the Innovation Fund are northeast Ohio partners of Ohio Third Frontier.
