Software firm raises another $11M toward bundled payments health-care software

Aver Inc., the Columbus software company building a system to set “one fair price” for most medical procedures, has raised another $11 million, according to a filing this week with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company says it cannot comment. The round is still open; the Form D filing indicates it’s trying to raise another $2.6 million.
