Prevedere Inc.’s software that makes sales forecasts from economic data – including tweets – has landed some big name clients, including Columbus-based Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. and the makers of Hershey’s and Jack Daniel’s.

The Columbus company in its fourth year doubled revenue in 2015, CEO Rich Wagner told me. A $6.7 million funding round that closed in June was used to grow to 19 employees, and he expects about 10 hires this year.
