I started my company 1986, in a tiny, flooding office, hidden in the basement of an airplane hangar factory at the edge of Canton, Ohio.

In 1986, you didn’t associate Canton, Ohio, with software. You associated it with Timken Steel, or Diebold, or farming, or the Pro-Football Hall of Fame. Maybe you thought of Goodyear Tires, just a few miles north in Akron, Ohio. But software? No, you didn’t think of software. If we’re being honest, you still don’t.

I intend to change that.
