Ohio State student’s startup wins 2nd nationwide business competition – between final exams

An Ohio State University student took a brief break from final exams this week – to win yet another national business competition for his medical device startup.

Peeyush Shrivastava won $10,000 for his Genetesis LLC Thursday and a trip to the world finals representing the U.S. in the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization. The national competition in Miami was among 25 student-led startups that won regional contests, including one in Columbus.
