DoMedia LLC has raised $3 million – and has been hiring with the proceeds – toward expanding its online marketplace for finding and renting ad space in non-household spaces such as billboards, digital signs, and even the TV feeds inside fitness centers.
Advantage Capital Partners led the Series A round, one of five recent Ohio investments for the New York City venture capital firm. It was joined by the Ohio Innovation Fund, a joint fund of Ohio State University and Athens-based Ohio University that has this as one of its first two investments.
