A data analytics startup helping consumer brands such as Kellogg’s cereals and Sargento cheeses plan and measure the effectiveness of in-store promotions has raised another $569,000 as its revenue passed the $1 million mark, according to a regulatory filing.

T-Pro Solutions Inc. could raise as much as $600,000 in the round, according to a Form D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
