Grove City entrepreneurs have a new place to grow their businesses.

Cultivate, a business incubator and co-working space, has opened in the former Grove City Hardware Store in the city’s historical downtown.

“Basically from Columbus and north, there’s a whole host of co-working spaces, business incubators, all kinds of stuff, but there’s nothing in this part of the county. And we have some pretty interesting businesses that start down here,” said Matthew Yerkes, Cultivate’s founder.

In addition to a shared working space for small startup companies, business counseling is also available from Yerkes, who has started several other businesses, including a software company and Venue 62, an event space neighboring Cultivate.
