A Cincinnati, Ohio-based startup is changing its name to reflect its expanding services.
BlackbookHR was formed in 2009 to make software that helps companies gather employee insight. It has since raised more than $2.5 million in seed investment and received an Ohio Third Frontier loan.
BlackbookHR will now be called Talmetrix, a convergence of talent and metrics.
