Diebold Nixdorf is taking to the web to crowdsource — or rather, “crowdstorm” — new innovations in financial technology.

The North Canton-based company has launched the online brainstorming initiative to create “radically” new consumer services for financial institutions.

Dubbed “rethinking services and consumer touchpoints in the financial industry,” the online project will tap into 80,000 creative professionals through the jovoto open innovation platform.
