Vogue Magazine is calling Greater Cincinnati one of five industrial cities that is “making the Rust Belt shine again.”

The fashion magazine cites the area for its “brimming arts scene” and suggests visitors stay at the 21c Museum Hotel Cincinnati or the newly opened Hotel Covington.
