AFRL plans downtown Dayton office as part of ‘Innovation District’

The Wright Brothers Institute and Air Force Research Laboratory are considering an office in downtown Dayton with the intent of anchoring an “innovation district.”

The nonprofit Wright Brothers Institute already works with AFRL — the Air Force’s $4.9 billion technology powerhouse — helping translate military research into public and commercial uses.
