Ohio’s biggest-ever technology startup exit is by a company that promises to stick around.
CoverMyMeds LLC, whose behind-the-scenes software makes it easier to obtain insurance OKs on prescriptions, has agreed to be acquired by $191 billion health-care distributor McKesson Corp. in a deal worth $1.1 billion, plus another $270 million if it meets performance goals over the next two years.
