As a man working in web development I can say there aren’t nearly enough female coders and the ones I have worked with (not to put everyone in one bucket) have been an absolute breath of fresh air to work with. Women seem, to me at least, to approach problems from a different direction then myself or my other developers and designers. I’m a huge advocate of more women in the tech workforce!
