Columbus, Ohio, must be one happy city.

A new report from employee review site Kununu ranks Columbus fourth when it comes to workplace happiness.

Kununu analyzed 194,645 employee reviews from 2016 and took averages across four categories — support from management, challenging work, office/workplace environment, and teamwork — to come up with a career happiness index.

The index includes data from across all industries, but seven of the top 10 cities are startup hubs and technology-heavy.
