Cincinnati, Dayton investors plan summit

Investor groups from Cincinnati and Dayton are planning a “boot camp” in hopes of building a stronger investor community in the region.

The Dayton Development Coalition’s Accelerant program and Cincinnati’s Queen City Angels are holding the event, which is planned for March 22 at the Montgomery County Business Solutions Center in Dayton. The all-day event will feature discussions about angel investing and entrepreneurs talking about how they raised capital with speakers including Tony Shipley, founder and president of the Queen City Angels, and Scott McGohan of McGohan Brabender as well as several investors and startups.
