Ohio State University spinoffs devising better sunscreen and helping drivers check their blind spots each were awarded $100,000 grants from Ohio Third Frontier on Wednesday.
The state bond fund has migrated mostly to loans, but still has grant programs especially for commercializing research from Ohio’s universities. The Columbus startups receiving Technology Validation and Startup Fund grants are:
- GhostWave Inc.
- ZeoVation Inc.
