Cleveland Clinic’s Medical Innovation Summit to focus on genomics and precision medicine

Cleveland Clinic has announced that its Medical Innovation Summit, scheduled Oct. 23-25, will focus on genomics and precision medicine.

The Clinic expects the 15th annual summit to bring together more than 2,250 leaders from around the world, according to a news release.

“Genomics and precision medicine are transforming the care we provide our patients and are on the brink of revolutionizing all aspects of the healthcare delivery system,” Dr. Brian Donley, the Clinic’s chief of staff, said in a statement. “The Medical Innovation Summit brings together some of the world’s most renowned business and thought leaders with the goal of furthering this progress, moving new ideas into market and ultimately improving the daily lives of patients.”
