CLEVELAND, Ohio – The nonprofit Burten Bell Carr community development corporation hopes to break ground in October on its eye-catching BoxSpot business incubator, to be built out of 10 recycled shipping containers at a highly visible spot along Kinsman Road on the city’s East Side.

The city’s planning commission Friday unanimously approved the final design for the project, which included refinements over the initial schematic plans approved in April
