MCBI to hold first Startup Event for budding entrepreneurs

Building on the success of the its Shark Tub event, the Muskingum County Business Incubator is hosting the first Startup Weekend Aug. 25-27.

Startup Weekend is a 54-hour event where attendees pitch ideas, form teams and start companies, according to Shmuel Roth, MCBI director.

“These events are very community focused and provide a place for budding entrepreneurs to find co-founders, mentors and momentum for their ideas,” Roth said.
