Cincinnati ranks among nation’s 10 most affordable cities for office space

Office leasing rates in Cincinnati are among the most affordable in the nation, according to a new market research report. Cincinnati is No. 10 on Los Angeles-based CBRE Group Inc.’s report ranking of the cities with the cheapest office space.

The Queen City’s average office lease rate is $19.48 per square foot, ranking it second in Ohio and fourth in the Midwest behind Louisville (No. 2 in the nation at $17.58), Cleveland (No. 3, $18.29) and Detroit (No. 6, $18.82).

The most affordable office spaces in the nation can be found in Albuquerque, N.M., where the average is $15.59 per square foot.
