CoverMyMeds’ proposed Franklinton HQ represents ‘huge deal’ for urban core, city says
CoverMyMeds‘ plans to build a $100 million headquarters campus in west Franklinton to accommodate more than 1,000 new jobs would be the biggest office expansion near the city’s center since American Electric Power Company Inc. built its headquarters, according to Columbus officials.
The site at 866 McKinley Ave., on the corner with Souder Avenue, is just a few blocks north of Mount Carmel West hospital, which will transform into an outpatient-only campus with an expanded nursing college. Both projects could contribute to rejuvenating a long-neglected stretch of West Broad Street.
