Cincinnati tech firm continues acquisition spree

Cincinnati tech firm Clubessential continued its acquisition spree, announcing Thursday that it has purchased two other firms.

Blue Ash-based Clubessential, which created a platform to help private clubs provide digital services, acquired Chicago-based Performance IQ and Montgomery, Ala.-based Black Diamond IT Services. The acquisitions mark the fourth and fifth acquisitions for Clubessential in the last 12 months.
