A Columbus granola brand is about to raise its profile.

Erika Boll started The Toasted Oat, her all-natural, gluten-free granola business based on her grandma’s recipe in 2013. Five years later, it not only has the financial support of AccelFoods, a venture fund focused on consumer products, and Rev1 Ventures, a Columbus-based seed and venture capital fund, but also a nationwide rollout to 479 Whole Foods Market stores.
