601 and 607 E. Third St. - Woodard lands tech startup as first tenant in new project

A bustling startup company in downtown Dayton has been named as the first tenant in Woodward Development’s Avant-Garde project.

Tangram Flex, a spinoff of Galois, a computer science research and development company, will move next April into nearly 7,000 square feet inside the commercial developer’s latest project, a long-vacant historic building at 607 E. Third Street.
