Exsurco Medical’s medical devices help burn patients

On the other end was Exsurco product manager Linda Sopko. She had just left Akron Children’s Hospital where the company’s new medical device was used on a patient for the first time in 2017. Sopko called and excitedly described to the conference room crowd what she’d seen. The device’s whirling blade did its job perfectly, removing dead tissue from burns on the patient’s arm and neck.
