Nationwide Children’s spinoff raises $14M toward software to catch cancer sooner
A Nationwide Children’s Hospital spinoff that uses artificial intelligence to speed cancer diagnosis and match patients to clinical trials has raised $14 million, the largest Central Ohio round of the year so far.
Deep Lens Inc. raised the series A round three months after closing $3.5 million in seed funding. Northpond Ventures led the round with participation from repeat investors Rev1 Ventures, Sierra Ventures and Tamarind-Hill Partners.
