Pam Springer beefs up executive team at fast-growing brand-protection startup Oris

E-commerce software startup Oris Intel LLC doubled its customer list, staff and sales over the past year, and retains nearly every customer when annual subscriptions are up for renewal.

The 40-person Columbus startup has reached the size to justify a true executive team, CEO Pam Springer said.

She reached back to her former company, Manta Media Inc., to hire CFO George Troutman. Oris also added Chief Revenue Officer Eric Ermie, who has a decade of experience growing software-as-a-service companies, to lead sales.
