After serving in the army, Nick Ripplinger decided he wanted to take his military experience and use it to create something new.
The desire to add value and become an entrepreneur appealed to Ripplinger right after he left the military. Writing a book called “Front Line Leadership” in 2016, he used true, real-life stories from the army to communicate practical messages for veterans transitioning into the job market.
