An expanding customer base, increasingly diverse capabilities and a hiring spree are taking a former Dayton startup to the next level. And if all goes to plan, the software development firm will be moving to a larger office as it looks to accommodate current and future growth.
Mile Two, a downtown Dayton-based company founded by Jeff Graley and Jorge Sanchez in 2015, recently eclipsed 40 employees thanks to a strong internship program that has led to full-time hires, as well as new work the company has won in recent years. And they aren’t done yet, as Graley says the firm will reach 50 employees by the end of 2019.
