Co-working provider moving to new location attached to Dayton Arcade

The Kuhn’s building

A co-working organization owned by The Entrepreneurs Center is moving to a new location attached to the Dayton Arcade, signaling continued progress toward the massive redevelopment project.

Nucleus, which provides a variety of collaborative services to Dayton-area startups, will relocate from its current home at 444 E. Second St. to the Kuhn’s building at 14 W. Fourth St. The Kuhn’s building is attached to TEC’s future home at the Arcade.

The relocation to Kuhn’s pre-empts TEC’s move to the Arcade as an anchor tenant together with the University of Dayton. The joint venture between the organizations — called the Innovation Hub — is aimed to further bolster entrepreneurial education and activity in the Dayton region. .
