The Tech Belt Energy Innovation Center in Warren has a new name.
The energy incubator is now known as BRITE Energy Innovators. The organization wanted a “more straightforward name” that could boost recognition locally and across the country, a news release stated.
“We realized that our name didn’t really reflect our future and what our companies were accomplishing here,” Rick Stockburger, BRITE president and CEO, said in the release. “We feel our new name represents the possibility of something more.”
