Local startup joins national program, with potential for 500 new jobs to region

A manufacturing startup has joined a national business development program, which has the potential of bringing hundreds of jobs to the region.

Aeroseal in Miamisburg was named one of 15 startups across the U.S. to participate in the Unreasonable Impact Program, a national initiative designed to accelerate the growth of selected companies.

The two-week program, a partnership between Barclays and Unreasonable Group, supports growth-stage ventures tackling some of the world’s most pressing social and environmental challenges, creating thousands of new jobs. Impacting the future of food, energy, sustainable living and supply chains, each startup was selected to participate based on their potential to create at least 500 jobs within the next five years.
