St. Edward High School alumnus and business entrepreneur returns to talk diversity, success with students

LAKEWOOD, Ohio — Growing up in Lakewood and attending St. Edward High School, 2002 graduate Lance Rios admits that he wasn’t the best student and that he often felt his surroundings lacked diversity and cultural understanding.

However, looking back more than 15 years later, the successful entrepreneur and businessman said embracing diversity and celebrating his culture is exactly what he tapped into for his multimillion-dollar branding company.
